Father's Day Weekend
Before we dive into all the great things coming to market this weekend, we wanted to remind everyone that the aisles where the market is typically held are undergoing repaving starting this week.
The market will move over to the eastern three aisles, with entrances on Charmany Drive. Customers will be able to park along Charmany Drive as well as in the large Exact Sciences parking lot at 501 Charmany Drive, just across the street from the south entrance (see map below). The paving should last through June and then we'll return to our normal setup.
Thankfully we'll have plenty of room for vendors and shoppers alike this weekend, and that's a good thing with Father's Day coming up.
For the Dads who need a pick me up, grab a bag of fresh roasted beans from Alice Good Coffee (pictured), always delicious choice sure to give the old man the energy he needs to start the day.
If Dad is a little behind on getting his garden going this year, look no further than the robust patio tomatoes from Domann's Plants (pictured). Whether he has time to put them in the ground or just wants to leave them in their pots, these beauties have all the head start needed to be enjoying fresh 'maters in no time.
You'll find plenty of other great gift options around the market, like CBD balms and tinctures from Green County Hemp, tasty beef sticks from Murphy Farms, kicking hot sauce from Ernie's Homemade Hot Sauce and more.
Whether Dad is on a health kick or just wants to try something new, grab up some fresh microgreens from New Life Greens (pictured). Our newest and youngest vendor addition is bringing in variety of sprouts that will take his salad or burger to the next level.
Strawberries will be back in force this weekend, perfect for a homemade dessert for the old guy. Sugar snap pea fans will want to get out early Saturday if they're hoping to grab some before they're sold out.
We look forward to seeing you all this weekend and we tip our caps to all the Dads out there who hopefully will have a nice relaxing Sunday, or at least enough time to mow and enjoy a great gift from the market.
See you at market!

As a reminder to everyone, dogs are prohibited within the market area, though we welcome service animals at all times.
Market Lot Repaving
The parking lot aisles where the market is held will undergo repaving starting June 10th. During the 3-weeks the work is being done, the market will relocate to the eastern three aisles in the same lot and the western aisles and entrances will be closed to traffic. We anticipate this to affect the markets on June 15th, 22nd, & 29th.
Customers will still be able to park along Rosa Road, Charmany Drive and also utilize the large parking lot just across the street behind Exact Sciences on Charmany Drive as well. The market will return to our normal placement within the MG&E Innovation Center lot once the work is completed.
Vendor & Weekly Market Notices
Highland Spring Farm will be absent from the market this Saturday, June 15th. They will return the following week.
Blue Moon Community Farm are currently on their early-summer market hiatus. They will return to vend with their tasty certified organic produce later in July.
There is an ongoing GoFundMe campaign to aid the family of Kenny Jasengou, son of Kelly Lor of Lor Farm as Kenny currently fights for his life after multiple surgeries related to a damaged heart and aortic valve stemming from a bacterial blood infection. A father of 5 and all around kind person, Kenny has been a long time friendly face of the market, aiding his mom over the years selling flowers and produce. Those interested in donating can find more information here.
